Does this mod work with Bobs mods? I see it says bobs electronic is a optional dependent, but I'm not seeing of the technologies ingame.

I haven't tried it with the full bob's but it does replace the needed stuff with the appropriate ingredients ( electronic circuits to Basic circuit boards)
The only technologies that this provides is very early logistics slots and trash slots.
Other than that if you have enabled the proper options you should have vanilla bots craftable from the beginning.
If you have further questions please include a full list of mods and some more info on what you think seems to be missing.
