This is the main mod that affects logistics, so I wanted to ask before going through and disabling each and every mod, do you have the two sliders that allow you to auto trash/request in your logistics tab when you request something?
This mod shouldn't affect the functionality you are talking of.. or at least to my understanding.
At least I never touched that part or the code unless a recent patch broke this
