I have "🌐 Enable Planet Mods Lite" with similar or equal configuration as described above (Vesta+Cubium+Nexus+Asteroids Belt+Paracelsin+Outer Rim) and although Cubium seems accessible, there is no route to reach the planet with a space platform. The red dots from the mod "outer rims" are visible from Vesta to Cubium but no path is available.

Yes, that is correct; that is a change made by Outer Rim, and is not overriden by this mod as it is intentional design.
