Scrap recycles into every recipe you currently have unlocked.
Items that have a chance of loss give scrap instead.
No ores, no trees, no rocks, just a recycler and your wits. Good luck!
Is it correct and intended that there appears to be currently no way to get rid of the item "Rocket part"?
Recyclers won't take them, rocket silos dont accept them as input (only as output of their own crafting)
And they can't be burned.
No problem!
As for what to do with existing rocket parts, the only thing I can suggest is put them in a chest and shoot them, they don't do anything as you've found out and you won't get any more of them on the latest version.
