Would it be possible to have an option to output entities and tiles marked for deconstruction, instead of or in addition to counting them? Ideally, the signals being output should have the opposite sign to the signals output for ghosts, so if, for example, I mark 1 chemical plant for deconstruction and place down a ghost of1 chemical plant, the signals cancel (if the scanner is told to output both ghosts and deconstruction-marked entities, of course). My use case is that I want to know what buildings need to be shipped to distant outposts, and knowing that there is something marked for deconstruction means it is available locally and doesn't need to be shipped.
