sorry for the last response, it's not too difficult to play, the amounts can vary but you can expect a typical 1/3rd amount of oil per minute. you'll likely have to focus on getting more oil pumps up to meet demands of oil.
i used real world extraction data, averaged it, and did some arithmetic to match it to vanilla factorio's time scale.
oil extraction quite literally varies, some extractions give higher yield per amount, while some extractions gives the bare minimum.
