Adds a railway motor car as an equipment to ride the railway without placing a locomotive manually.

Trains are great, but what if they could do even more?
Running the motor car into a train ramp from renai transportation causes game to crash :(

And my mod uses that ID. But I will look into it and try to prevent the crash at least.
I already added some support for mods which switch out the locomotive, but Renai needed some additional implementation. Changed with 0.3.4
The sprites of the flying motor car do not seem to match, but I cannot change that.
