Sometimes there are situations in which the player will not be placed in the locomotive. Whether it be because of the Overseas Rail or the Jetpack mods, or possible even an issue without other mods, it would be nice to have a check for these situations and a removal of the spawned locomotives if a player did not enter it successfully. :)

I added support for the Jetpack-Mod, and also a security-check / removal for wrongly spawned motor cars.
It is not removed immediately because I do not want to spam the game with checks for an (hopefully) rare issue.
