### Changed
- Reduced `quiet-little-foundry` max health to `10`.
- Added a 20% failure chance after each completed craft.
- On failed craft completion, the machine removes that craft’s produced item output from its output inventory.
- Multiplied the foundry’s pollution/emissions by `10x`.

### Result
- The foundry is now extremely fragile, matching its joke-tier “tiny unsafe machine” identity.
- The foundry now keeps its normal smelting behavior, but each craft has a chance to produce nothing.
- It is now much dirtier than the standard foundry despite being smaller and slower.

### The Foundry is now feature- and lore-complete.
