Noticed some odd behavior with lamps - every time they upgrade, if the lamp is set to "Always On" when the upgrade occurs, that is turned off by the upgrade.
Oh shoot, ok! Good catch on that.
There is a way to fix it with Factorio's API - I'm currently traveling so it may be a little bit of time before I can get a release out.
The fix was pretty straightforward, it's shipped now.
