I get this error on startup:

At first I though 'IndustrialCraft - More Qualities' was to blame, but I tried disabling it and restarting and I then get a slightly different error about 'mythic-quality' instead of epic. The strange thing is i dont have any mod that adds mythic quality enabled.
I also tried the Reset settings option, but that didnt work either.

the technology effects config option of this mod is to blame, you've likely added epic-quality in there yourself since the default value of that field is empty.
