this is the fault of the https://mods.factorio.com/mod/QualityEffects mod, it also breaks my other mods like the holmium chemical plant, that other mod provides no opt-out mechanics, so just don't place any of my machines above normal quality if you have that other mod installed, not gonna mark it as incompatibile because that does more harm than good.
