(Prevent Unwanted Manual Pump-placement, Hold On - That Kills Efficiency, Yo!) adds a hotkeyed selection-tool for oil wells to plan the layout of pumpjacks and pipes without having to doitchaself or *shudder* click a ui button.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
