Promethium Crafting Rework


Reworks crafting promethium science to yield more productivity while traveling further from the solar system edge to the shattered planet. Greater risk should provide greater reward.

    - Many runtime settings to control how quickly productivity is gained, including a custom user defined formula.
    - All the default options are normalized to yield +300% producivity at 300,000km from the solar system edge.
    - Settings to change the stack size of promethium science, biter eggs, and change the spoil time of biter eggs. Default values follow the vanilla values.
