No, there are no additional items or machines in the game

Does this work with (mod)?

Yes, this is designed to have native compatibility with any mod. Including overhaul mods. This does not mean that it will work without some modifications. If you run into an issue, please leave a bug report.

Other than everything being burner, what else has changed?

The fuel usage of most entities has been modified to become more consistent as a burner. The major change is inserters, but all other entities have also recieved changes.
