Short answer, no. The way Burner Everything++ and other similar mods do it is to have a copy of each entity for each fuel value, and check every tick to see if the fuel has changed. That, or have a separate internal beacon modifying the speed of each machine. In either case, it drastically reduces the UPS of any save it is applied to. If the Factorio devs decide to implement this as an engine feature (see link below) the I will definitely update this mod to include it.
