Hi, since this mod only needs recycler and quality modules, it would OK to only require Quality mod instead of the full SA. What is more interesting is you might not even require the Quality mod as it is possible to play with quality without the Quality mod. I'll put it on my to-do list. I've been slacking off pretty hard with catching up with these mod changes so I won't promise any date but I'll do it eventually.
Unfortunately because the mod utilises the spoilage mechanic from Space Age, it has to be a requirement. Avoiding this would require a full rewrite which is currently not in scope.
Maybe down the line I will try tackling this again.
