Improves the benefits of being a Quality Player. Also allows the player to jump in a recycler for an alternate way to get quality. Go gamble your life away towards a legendary life!
When a player is recycled (whether they live or die), any filtered inventory slots and personal logistics groups they had set are reset to default. Dying and subsequently losing your current player quality outside of a recycler does not seem to reset the inventory filters/logistics groups though.
