Like the title
It become permanent entity in the world, like landmass, un-removeable, cannot deconstruct like normal platform.

To reproduce :

• Build a platform
• Place a ghost on top of them (i use train stop)
• Remove the ghost
• Attempt to deconstruct platform, failed.

Another one, i'm not sure what cause this one below.
Some platform cannot be deconstructed, become a part of landmass (similar to landfill)

I have fixed this

This issue seems to still be present. I haven't been able to figure out what causes it, be it a mod conflict or certain situation similar to the ghost causing it before (Doesn't seem to be ghost).
