As a quick fix I will make it incompatible, so people don't run into this issue. I will fix it in the future.
For now there is a fix. Both mods can be loaded but the decorations spawns are different and you won't have Rocks on Arrakis. I will make something better when I will potentially add custom rocks and deco, which would circumvent the issue.
