Steps to reproduce:
- copy some pipes/unterground pipes
- paste this without to enough connectors, so ghost are placed
- build some connector and let robots set it
now on surface connector are set, but not in underground
deconstruct incomplete connector does crash.

ZAdventure seems to have a problem with Pipelayer and also with Beltlayer, but I think, this is an other problem.

Same scenario, using Bluebuild to deconstruct.
OK the deconstruction of "half" constructed pipes seem to be a generell problem.
That brings us back to root, why (or who) makes the incomplete construction.

next try, disabling all bots, ahh Bluebuild was still active and does not build on unterground, also if there are enough items.
Manuell remove the ghost also crashes the game.
OK accepting there is a problem in Bluebuild.
But disconnect_underground_pipe should check too if there anything to disconnect and not crashing the game. :-)
