Personal Nauvis Squads: Team Teleporter

Optional character-only transportation for Personal Nauvis Squads. Teleporters can be personal, team-only or public. Every character inventory must be empty, and channeling plus cooldown prevent combat escapes. Resources still travel through normal Space Age logistics.

If Krastorio 2 Assets 2.0.5 is installed, the endpoint uses its animated
planetary-teleporter artwork without importing Krastorio gameplay. The external
graphics package is LGPL-3.0 and remains credited to its original authors.
