Personal Nauvis Squads: Reconnaissance

Optional bounded reconnaissance for Personal Nauvis Squads. A crafted satellite is consumed by /pn-recon TEAM; the target area is charted for ten active minutes. A powered jammer reduces both radius and accuracy. Uncharting removes the game chart, but cannot erase what a human player remembers.
