Mining a chest allows players to pick it up with all the items inside and carry it in their inventory. Also supports vehicles, tanks, and accumulators.
I haven't noticed any issues with the Warehousing Mod. Double check that packing is turned on in the shortcut bar in the bottom (shortcut: J). If it's enabled and still has trouble packing, can you provide more information about when and how it isn't working?
