Mining a chest allows players to pick it up with all the items inside and carry it in their inventory. Also supports vehicles, tanks, and accumulators.
Instead of a toggle to enable or disable the packing tape mode of mining chests, I suggest using a shortcut to pack individual chests:
Right-Click always mine the chests normally and CTRL + Right-Click (could be other shortcut modifier) in a chest will pack then!
Then you could remove the toggle!
