Mining a chest allows players to pick it up with all the items inside and carry it in their inventory. Also supports vehicles, tanks, and accumulators.
It's annoying to have an empty chest inside your inventory that's "packed", but with nothing inside of it. It would be useful for the packed chest to "unpack" when you take everything out and it's closed.
I added this for chests. Closing the item GUI with no items in it will unpack it, giving back the normal item. Cars are excluded though since they have fuel and ammo packed and their stack size is already fixed at 1 so they will take up just as much space either way.
