Adds some much needed quality of life tools to space exploration. There are 2 major features

1: Allows for rockets to be launched via a circuit wire connection. When "signal" as depicted is detected, the rocket will launch to a space platform hub with a matching "Destination Signal" attached to a ship hub. Attach a constant combinator to a "Space Platform Hub" and set any signal (and value). Then set a matching signal/value in the "Destination Signal" in your silo. When "Signal" is detected, it should sent the rocket to the platform!

2: Allows for orbital requests from another ship/platform. If you have 2 platforms in the same orbit, and one has a resource the other wants, it will request it and be sent at no cost.
