Whenever im changing the startup settings or installing new mods the ore patches keep getting deleted under the miners when I load my save

Are the resources added by a mod? Are the resources on Nauvis or another planet or surface? I would very much like to resolve this issue.

Just a status update, finally have the mods loaded and yes, I have been able to recreate the issue. I will now dig into the how and why.
Factorio Admin Command Center is not compatible with Ore-ganizer. If you enable the "Disable auto resource regeneration", ore was not removed with my initial test. But you are on your own making them work together.
