it doesn't work anymore after the patch, when you go to the box to select the mineral, no minerals appear

I am unable to recreate the issue. I have tried with the various mods I use and without any other mods.
Do you have a list if mods you are using?

I did make a change to the code that decides which resources will be added to the resource selector. Any mod that changes the resource category would indeed cause issues here. So the likely candidates are the mods that add resources or overhaul mods like planet mods.

I reverted the change made to check the resource category, uploaded version 0.3.4.
This should resolve the issue you experienced.
