I like to use the Blueprint Sandboxes mod to design builds, and unfortunately these mining drills do not place within the sandbox. Not sure if that is something you could fix, thanks!
I should be able to do something about this. Resources probably will not be spawned but placement should be possible.
Version 0.1.4 has been uploaded, it should resolve this issue.
