It is already in there, it is currently in the tech of omnic acid and omniston solvation.

Missing omnite crystallization recipe in v1.0.7 omnimatter mod with enabled option of recyclable stone (correctly - not recyclable stone, but recyclable crushed stone, because there are no way to get crushed or pulverized stone from regular stone).
In v1.0.6 recipe exists.
