Steel researched but not showing as a requirement for foundation

A real shame as I am loving this planet,

Recently (maybe post 2.1), I've been having issues with prerequisites not showing up in the tech tree for Obsidiax techs. This one actually had concrete as a prerequisite (steel should have also been a prerequisite).

I went ahead and changed the recipe to iron plates x 20 (removing steel) and removed the concrete prerequisite.

Sorry for the confusion.

This change will only affect the 2.1 client version of Obsidiax.

Downloaded the latest version and can confirm it worked with my save.
