I think atom forge is unnecessary and it would be much better to buff centrifuge instead

Changes other than science pack:

Centrifuge

• higher rocket capacity (1->5)
• 50% productivity bonus
• 4 module slots
• Can now craft recipes that utilize uranium, like ammo, fuel cells, portable generator, etc.

Kovarex enrichment

• Is now trigger science
• require 50 uranium 235 to research
