This mod makes it so that spoilable items in hubs do not spoil. This can be customized with technologies and power requirements
Default - No technologies required
Changeable - The functionality can be enabled by technology unlocked after either Space Platforms, Gleba science or Aquilo science
Power cost - Each stack in the hub costs a set amount of power to stay unspoiled. If there isn't enough power, the entire inventory will fail to prevent spoilage
Changeable - The cost can be changed in the settings. Can be set to 0 for no power draw

Works for all forces independently. Does NOT support reset of technology for now
UPS: The inventory updates every 300 ticks (5 seconds). Can be configured for higher or lower tick rates
