Removes long handed inserters from technologies and crafting.
This currently includes the base game's Long-handed inserter, and Renai Transportation's Thrower Long-handed inserter.

Meant for use with Bob's Adjustable Inserters.

Note: for Factorio >=v2.0, this mod's features are included in Smart Inserters, which also replaces (and is save-game compatible with) Bob's Adjustable Inserters.
