Context at time of crash: clicked on a railgun turret / asteroid collector (I think?) on a space platform that was exploding and dying horribly, not sure if related.

The mod Newly constructed machines wait for their modules (1.1.16) caused a non-recoverable error.

hmm its happening in a weird place in the code, let me know if you can reproduce it, and if you do a save & video is appreciated

Shot a railgun bullet at some solid/rocket fuel recyclers (+ wire controlled stack inserters, steel chests) with quality modules that were ghosted to be reconstructed one tile over from their old position.
