Might format this properly later, but probably not.

Adds a new electronic circuit recipe to Moshine to allow for production without the stone required by AAI Industries. Yes, I know I could have probably just unlocked the original recipe, or make a copy, but I wanted to make something new.

Requires some carbon because I say so, though I am tinkering with the rates on my world to see what feels good. I am also using the Wooden Moshine which gives me another source of carbon, though this is limited by sulphur. If you use this, please let me know if the rate of production feels too stifled.

Changelog (I dont know how to add a tab for it if someone could tell me that would be great):

V 0.1.1: Buffed recipe carbon ratio. Now 1 Carbon, 6 Copper Cable, and 30 Molten Iron to 4 Circuits. (Might increase the ratio further, slow the speed but increase the output, as I cant use less than 1 carbon)

V 0.1.0: Recipe of 1 Carbon, 3 Copper Cable, and 5 Molten Iron to 2 Circuits.
