This mod allows you to fully customize vanilla beacons and what effects they allow, as well as fully customize modules such as how many tiers exist and how each effect scales on a module.
I know this is kinda nitpicky but it would be nice to have an option to remove that extra 1 2 3 on top of the vanilla modules on the graphics since not everybody is gonna play with the extra modules and just wants to edit the values of the vanilla ones to their liking.
