Allows you to change the inbuilt productivity cap for all items (by default at 300%) in mod settings.
Accepted range 0% ~ 6,553,500%.
Values below 50% will affect inbuilt productivity from machines as well and can be used for challenge runs.
Values over 300% can be used with recyclers to create a positive resource loop, use with care. Or don't, it's funny honestly.
NEW: Option to tweak recycler recipes to remove positive resource loops at the cost of making recycling rates worse overall.
NEW: Option to allow recycling recipes that normally cannot be recycled.
