Apart from this I can see the issue is related to pelagos planet mod, So I1ll check it out.

I just did a test and the pelagos (0.26.4) mod starts up together with mine without issue. I cant tell what could cause your problem since I could not reproduce. Try to update pelagos, maybe that could help.

Soon I will extend the 'compatibility mode' setting of this mod, to not remove rocket turrets and related technology and recipe. I also plan to add an option to opt-out from missile radar coverage, maybe that could help since it looks like the issue has something to do with atomic bomb. so keep an eye out for an update on my side, that may solve the problem - I cant promise it however, because as I state before, I could not reproduce. For me a 'new game' works just fine.

After update pelagos, it fixed. But new problem appear:Error in assignlD: technology with name 'rocket-turret' does not exist. lt was removed by missile_defense_systems_ sa. It seem like the problem with this https://mods.factorio.com/mod/missile_defense_systems_sa/discussion/691ff7b57372399cf4a5cf5a. I will waiting to your next update. :)

release 1.1.4 is here. If you want to have the technology present then make sure the 'Compatibility mode' setting is enabled. You might want to startup the game without the other mod that requires the technology - to be able to navigate to mod settings - and enable the 'compatibiliyt mode' if not set. It should be set by default.

Once 'Compatibility mode' is set. load together with the other mod and play. :-) Hopefully it works out.
