- Added 'compatbility mode' which is enabled by defult. When it is set, the original SA Rocket Turret
entity and item are not removed from the game completely. However they cannot be researched or crafted.
This is so, that ship and base defense of existing saves are not disappearing immediately.
- Implementation was adjusted regarding the map revealing missiles. Multiple action_delivery items
were causing compatibility issues with exiting mods like the 'spidertron loadout' or
'Enemy Race Manager (ERM) - Red Army'
