  Major Features:
    - Added a power pole with a built-in lamp.
    - Supply area is 8x8, one tile larger than a medium electric pole.
    - Crafting cost is a medium electric pole, one step larger, plus one lamp.
    - Research sits beside electric energy distribution and also requires the lamp.
    - The light reaches 5 tiles farther than a normal lamp.
    - Copper wire reaches 9 tiles, with red and green circuit wires.
    - Alt-click opens the lamp controls on those same wires.
    - Color signals change the light color.
    - A circuit condition turns the lamp on. A missing signal turns it off.
