Adds an overlay for resources, mining drills and mining drill ghosts to help with their placement. Can be toggled on and off via the shortcut button or by holding mining drills. Automatically turns off after a certain amount of time (default 20 seconds).

Various customization options, such as overlay colors, display duration, and rendering preferences are available in the "per player" settings menu.
