Adds an overlay for resources, mining drills and mining drill ghosts to help with their placement. Can be toggled on and off via the shortcut button. Automatically turns off after a certain amount of time (default 20 seconds). Various customizations for overlay colors, opacity and duration can be set in the "per player" settings menu.
