Pressing "Q" on an Rail ramp (electric) does not work as a shortcut to pick up this entity to build... The "Q" shortcut works normally on electric rails, however when building on top to replace other elevated rails, it doesn't replace all normal rails with electric rails near the support, sometimes only replacing some, depending on the tile where you start the replacement.
