Miniloader automatically copies the tech requirement from the prerequisite tech, usually a tier of Logistics. If the Logistics tech doesn’t require purple but the Miniloader tech does, that probably means some mod that runs after Miniloader removes it from the Logistics tech. You’d have to figure out which mod is doing that.
