So I'm not sure if this is just something specific to my mod loadout or what, but it's driving me just a little bit nuts. Seemingly at random, paired loaders (moving from one chest to another chest) will change orientations and get into a broken state.

When I try to rotate them back to the way they should be, instead of flipping orientation they actually rotate like normal inserters. A row of ten loaders pulling from chests and ten loaders going into chests will become a mixed up mess of random directions which can only be fixed by removing and replacing all the loaders.

I think I might swap to a different implementation of loaders soon honestly, only because this is driving me nuts. Science stops working, so I spend three minutes looking through the factory to find out that loaders which are moving copper cables suddenly decided to flip around to face each other or something.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to pin down precisely what causes this! I'm sorry it's not a more helpful error report. I'm using 0.12.0 of the mod in a setup I put together based on K2SO, but unfortunately, this issue only seems to happen when I'm not looking at loaders, and then it takes a while for the effects of whatever just broke to be felt down the line for me to notice it.

This sounds like some other mod is messing with the internals of the loader. They should not be able to rotate but only flip. Do you have a save that I can look at?

Maybe? I haven't been playing this last month, and in my latest run, I was trying out a different loader mod. I'll have to poke around and see if I can find an appropriate one or try again to recreate it. Unfortunately, its sheer inconsistency made it really difficult to pin down the cause! Bit of the heisen-bug uncertainty principle there, it never behaves badly when observed.
