Adds fuel synthesis from synthesis gas. Reworks sulphur (hydrodesulphurisation and a better acid recipe). To be added: Space Age compat (including vulcanus atmospheric processing and gleba jellynut gasification). This mod's atmosphere properties may interfere with Muluna's.
