I've been working on a value calculator, mostly for loot giving and a randomized supply game. I noticed you have some value calculations, but it's top-down and runs into infinite (or near) with certain recipes (recyclers in particular).
It's still a prototype, but it outputs clean values. An example from my current mods (normal items start lowercase)

It will be unlicense, and I could use some motivation in working on it. I plan to have it process recipes in "stages" based on technology unlocking, and it wouldn't be hard to tweak the value calculation (i.e. time/energy costs, recipe technology depth/cost). Currently I only value things based on ingredient, and though I haven't looked over the current results, I tried making "rarer" items more valuable (particularly for uranium refinement).
