When a train arrives at a temporary stop, it will be switched into manual mode. If you're riding in a train and send it to a temporary stop via the map in the train interface, and you get distracted doing stuff in map view during your journey, your train will now stop where you sent it instead of continuing on its schedule.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Changes:
- Trains will only switch to manual mode at temporary stops where the condition is exactly "5s passed" with no other conditions (the default for player-created temporary stops).
- If you are trying to rearrange trains and you don't want them to go into manual mode, you can change or delete that default condition on the temporary stop.
- This also makes the mod compatible with LTN, which use temporary stops with different conditions for steering trains
